When booking, please choose carefully between ONLINE or IN-PERSON appointments. Set "Preferred Location" to "Any" (this applies to my availability). When I'm in Surbiton, I can offer both options, but at other times, only online appointments are available.
When confirming your booking, please provide both your mobile number and email address. This ensures I can reach out if needed and allows me to send payment details and access instructions for my Surbiton office or, if applicable, your online session link. If you don’t receive these details before your appointment, please check your junk mail folder or feel free to contact me directly.
In the Additional Information box on the contact details prompt, NEW CLIENTS may provide any additional information they feel is helpful, while EXISTING CLIENTS can use this space to note the date of the appointment they’re rescheduling.
